🔐 Hostel Verification Access
Department PICs must request approval before checking a worker’s hostel by employee ID. Admin controls the access duration.
📅 Shuttle Trip Calendar
All employees can check trips by date, including weekend and special requests. Approved trips are marked as confirmed.
🟢 Confirmed = Admin approved · 🟡 Pending = request submitted, not yet confirmed. Times are scheduled estimates, not live GPS.
🚌 Automatic Bus & Van Allocation
Combined requests by date, hostel, shift, direction, trip time and request category. Admin can override vehicle quantities and edit requests on mobile or laptop.

Demo calculation uses the start date of each request. Recurring Daily / Weekly / Monthly dates require a scheduling backend in the live system. Requests are grouped by trip time to prevent combining different departures. Admin changes are saved in this browser only.
